Payment questions can also go directly to Paddle, our Merchant of Record, through the link in your receipt or at paddle.net.
Before you write
- Export failed? Failed exports are never counted — try again once. See this answer.
- No confirmation email? Check spam, then ask for a new link from your account page.
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot password? on the login screen.
- Want to cancel or download your data? You can do both yourself from your account page.
What to include
To help us answer in one message, write from the email address of your DoReMiWave account and tell us:
- what you were trying to do and what happened instead;
- roughly when it happened, and the style, resolution and frame rate if it is about an export;
- a screenshot of any error message, if you have one;
- for payments: the date and amount, or the order number from your Paddle receipt.
Never send us your password or card details. We will never ask for them.
Our official channels
We write to you only from addresses ending in @doremiwave.com; payment emails come from Paddle (@paddle.com). If someone claims to be DoReMiWave from any other address or asks for your password, ignore the message and forward it to support@doremiwave.com.
